JURGEN KLOPP made a welcome appearance on Monday Night Football tonight alongside Jamie Carragher - and delighted the viewers with his tactical knowledge.
The Liverpool manager first discussed with Carragher and host David Jones his side's fine start to the Premier League season, before getting into the nitty gritty of his managerial style.
And while at times it was heavy going as the men moved the player circles around the "Skypad", it offered a fantastic insight into just how much Klopp studies every detail of the game.
The German's main gripe from the 50-minute discussion centred around how Liverpool must get better at defending set pieces.
He wasn't shy in highlighting how his own player, Ragnar Klavan, "could have moved back a few paces," on lining up to face a corner against Hull.
That sentiment was echoed again as despite Liverpool sitting pretty in fourth spot in the league with 13 points, and 11 goals in their last three games, he insisted that they "must do better."
“We are a good football side, but we must improve especially in set-pieces, and Swansea is next," said the 49 year old.
"It’s a big game. Football is on good days a nice and simple game, on bad days, you can’t find a solution”

He was also open and honest to talk through how and why his side fell to their only defeat of the season, 2-0 away at Burnley.
“Their counter attacking was really good, we lost three pressed balls, that’s not allowed in football games, we made mistakes," he said.
“We were not ready for this game, we conceded an early goal, then felt nervous. We were never really in a good mood for the game.
“Their biggest strengths were the two strikers, and [Sam] Vokes, kept the ball, quick, and was really strong.
"They deserved to win, we played well until the last third, but that wasn’t enough."
His appearance on the popular Sky Sports pre-match football show was heralded on social media.
Klopp was described as "just loveable," "wonderful," and "the best man in the world" by Twitter users ahead of the Burnley vs Watford game.
And Piers Morgan was left wishing that Arsenal had made the move for the likeable German before he landed at Anfield.
Rugby Union star Chris Robshaw even managed to snap a photo of him with his "doppelganger" Klopp before he entered the studio.
Then at half-time during the Premier League clash, many viewers called for Sky Sports to bring back the German for the half-time analysis.
Klopp has seemingly already made his mark in the English game.
