Around 100,000 fans have travelled to Spain for the clash, dreaming of victory.

And Van Bronckhorst — who has striker Kemar Roofe available — insists the pressure will bring the best out of his Rangers side.

He said: “It’s what I have been saying in the last weeks.  Of course it’s different.

“We’re here now, we see the difference in the attention we have from the media, you look at the stadium and we also have the press conference.

“It’s because we reached the final.  But if you play in big games and finals you get so much attention. We have to make sure we are concentrating on our game.

“We’ve done it so many times before this game and this will be the same.

“Of course, it’s a big game and it comes with pressure as you have the ability, the chance to win a major prize.

“But in any top sport you need a little pressure to perform well. That’s what we have to do.”

Van Bronckhorst is desperate to lift the trophy and add the Europa League title to his management CV.

He said: “My first time as a coach at Feyenoord was very successful. We won five major prizes in four years so I’m happy with those achievements.

“This is different. It’s another team, a club who I played with for three years in the 1990s.

“I feel very proud to be the manager of this team and even prouder to take the boys into the final.

“It’s a huge opportunity for us get the second major European prize in the history of this club.

“We’re very determined to bring the trophy back to us.  We respect the opponent, who have had an amazing run in Europe as well.

“It’s going to be an exciting final but a final is always nice until you lose it. When you lose it, you don’t like it. We’re here to win it.”

Van Bronckhorst had declared striker Roofe has WON his fitness battle and will be part of the squad for tonight’s final.

The hitman has been out injured since April 17 but trained yesterday.
