PARIS-SAINT GERMAIN are preparing to let their ultra group return to the Parc des Princes after a six year absence.
Organised fan groups have been banned from the club after a serious riot in 2010 caused the death of one supporter.
But after eight months of consultation between fans, the board and police, it has been agreed that ultras can return once again to the stadium.
A police statement read: "The police headquarters acknowledges the will of Paris Saint-Germain to host the ultras supporters through individual ticket sales.
"In the case of recorded incidents, the police will oppose continued presence of ultras at Parc des Princes."
PSG's ultras had a reputation for big tifo displays and crackling atmosphere - but became known for violence during the 2000's.
But recently influential midfielder and France international Blaise Matuidi stated his desire to see the ultras return as the club look to bring the noise back to the stadium.
