DAVID DE GEA has taken the brunt of Twitter's criticism of Manchester United's home draw with bottom of the league Stoke.
United had taken the lead after a masterstroke substitution from Jose Mourinho saw Anthony Martial curl home the first goal of the game in the 69th minute.
And with the Red Devils seemingly in cruise control, De Gea spilled a routine shot allowing Joe Allen to power the ball into a completely empty net.
The 82nd-minute error meant the Potters picked up a crucial, relying on some heroics from Lee Grant in the Stoke goal.
Despite a late charge, United were unable to snatch a winner and Mark Hughes' men left the happier.
