Gabriel Jesus HUGS Arsenal director Edu as he arrives at hospital for medical ahead of £45m transfer from Man City
GABRIEL JESUS hugged Edu as he arrived at Arsenal to undergo his medical before completing a £45million transfer from Manchester City.
The Brazilian has agreed personal terms to join Mikel Arteta's side, with the move set to go through imminently.
Jesus, 25, decided to quit City for regular first team football at the Emirates.
He will pen a five-year contract with the Gunners, with his medical the final formality.
Jesus beamed ear to ear as he embraced his compatriot Edu, who is Arsenal's technical director.
Jesus becomes Arsenal's fourth signing of the summer, following Marquinhos, Fabio Vieira and Matt Turner.

He will replace Alexandre Lacazette as the Gunners' most senior striker.
Jesus scored 95 goals in 236 appearances for Man City after arriving at the club for £27m in January 2017.
He will compete for a starting berth alongside academy striker Eddie Nketiah.
The England youth international earlier this month.

He was also awarded the prestigious No14 shirt, previously worn by the likes of Thierry Henry.
After sewing up a deal for Jesus, Arsenal are set to press on with other targets.
The Gunners are chasing a deal for Leeds ace Raphinha, but will have to beat off competition from Barcelona and Newcastle.

Leeds are after £65m for their star man, although the Brazilian's representatives reportedly reckon this fee could be whittled down to £50m.
Arsenal are also interested in Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez, as well as Leicester ace Youri Tielemans.
