CHELSEA are shock contenders to sign Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar, according to reports.
The Brazilian joined PSG in a world record £200million transfer in 2017.
He has won four Ligue 1 titles with the Parisians, but hasn't been able to help them secure a first Champions League crown.
And according to , Neymar is considering his future at PSG, with the player attracting interest from England.
Chelsea are among the contenders for Neymar's signature and Thomas Tuchel could play a key role in the deal.
The pair worked together at PSG and under Tuchel's tenure, Neymar scored 51 goals and assisted 32 in just 67 appearances.

During his time at PSG, in which he helped the club reach a Champions League final, Tuchel was very complimentary of Neymar.
He said on the Brazilian superstar in 2020: "There are a lot of words to describe Neymar.
"But the best way of describing him is to watch the games.
"He is very decisive for us, he closes spaces, he defends. He is the leader we hoped for and it's a really good time for him.

Chelsea are to make a formal bid of around £50million for Man City star Raheem Sterling in the next couple of days.
If Chelsea do land their man, they could soon follow it up by bidding for Everton forward Richarlison.
Chelsea boss Tuchel is also considering a move for Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele, who is available on a free transfer.
