CRISTIANO RONALDO has put his £20million private jet up for sale as it's too SMALL.

The Manchester United star, 37, bought the plane for the reported eight-figure fortune in 2015.

Ronaldo's Gulfstream G200 has served him well with the striker often jetting off on holiday around Europe with partner Georgina Rodriguez and kids.

The striker also uses the aircraft to fly back and forth to Portugal regularly thanks to its top speed of 560mph.

And although the plane can seat between eight to ten people, CR7 is looking for a bigger model.

There could be a number of willing buyers too, with Ronaldo often renting out the jet for a rate ranging from £5000-£8500 an hour.

The plane is also something of a rarity with only 250 ever made before production ended in 2011.

The lucky buyer will get their hands on a luxury plane filled with amenities, including Wi-Fi, a telephone, fax machine, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and an entertainment system.

For those who rent the plane for use now there is also an elaborate in-flight movie of Ronaldo's greatest goals collection.

Ronaldo will be keen to add new highlights to that film next season but it may not be in the colours of United.

The forward has informed the Red Devils of his desire to leave if the club receives a fair offer.

Chelsea are believed to be the frontrunners to sign Ronaldo with owner Todd Boehly involved in ongoing talks with the superstar's representatives.

The Blues are considering a bid for CR7 but will only submit an offer if Thomas Tuchel gives the green light.
