PSG star Mauro Icardi wanted by Serie A newcomers Monza who have ‘already met with his wife and agent Wanda’
SERIE A newcomers Monza have held transfer talks with Paris Saint-Germain ace Mauro Icardi's wife and agent Wanda Nara, according to reports.
The Argentine is out of favour at the Parc des Princes and is being linked with a move back to Italy.
Icardi spent nine years of his career in Italy playing for Sampdoria and Inter Milan respectively.
He scored 121 Serie A goals in 219 appearances before sealing a loan move to PSG in 2019, which then turned into a £45million permanent transfer a year later.
And according to in France, Icardi's wife and agent Wanda has held two rounds of talks with Serie A newcomers Monza over a return to the Italian top flight.
Monza are hoping for a big summer with the club backed by former AC Milan chiefs Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani.

Although a move to Monza could be risky, the club are based in the Lombardy region, where the Icardi family still have a home and business interests.
Despite Icardi being under contract at PSG until the summer of 2024, he has been urged to find himself a new destination.
The 29-year-old is one of 11 players who were put up for sale by PSG.
The Parisians are willing to part with nearly £240m worth of talent.

Abdou Diallo, Idrissa Gueye and Layvin Kurzawa were all brought in for more than £20m.
In all, the star-studded list - which also features ex-United ace Andre Herrera, Danilo Pereira and Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe - cost PSG £240m.
