OLEKSANDR ZINCHENKO will have his Arsenal medical TODAY after flying to Orlando to join the Gunners' pre-season tour.
The Ukrainian, 25, said his goodbyes to City pals in Houston, Texas, and is currently on his way to put pen to paper with the Gunners in a deal said to be worth £30million plus £2m in add-ons.
The left-back is expected to undergo his medical within the next 24 hours as the final touches are put on his transfer.
He is set to sign a four-year deal with Mikel Arteta's men after Arsenal made a 'significant' increase to the salary package they were originally offering.
City midfielder Rodri paid tribute to Zinchenko after his emotional departure: “Oleks is not with us anymore. He’s been great as a team-mate as a player.
“He deserved the best and we are going to miss him, but this is football, it continues and new players come in – we are happy for him.”

Zinchenko has been convinced to leave Champions City following a series of conversations with Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, who has assured the player that he is not coming just as back-up to left-back Kieran Tierney.
Zinchenko will become Arsenal's fifth signing of the summer after Matt Turner, Marquinhos, Fabio Vieira and Gabriel Jesus.
Meanwhile, Man City are already being linked with a couple of names who could fill the Ukraine captain's boots at the Etihad.
Zinchenko made 128 appearances for City across five seasons after joining from Russian side Ufa for less than £2m in 2016.
