After the show, they were able to go backstage and meet Rosalia.

Mateo donned a Real Madrid shirt for the evening out, rather than a jersey of his dad's current team Manchester United.

An image of the youngster representing Madrid swiftly circulated around social media, with many fans saying the same thing.

One wrote: "Please bring Ronaldo back to Madrid."

A second tweeted: "I'd say bring him here as a backup ST. He cant be any worse than Mariano."

And a third commented: "sign Ronaldo."

Another gushed: "Just a little hope will repair our broken heart💔 him coming back will heal it forever🤍"

While some fans would love Ronaldo, 37, back at the Bernabeu, Real Madrid aren't interested in re-signing him.

According to Madrid-based paper Marca, Real are NOT in the running to offer CR7 an Old Trafford escape route, despite the Portuguese scoring 450 goals in 438 appearances for them between 2009 and 2018.

Georgina is claimed to want to return to the Spanish capital, having met Ronaldo there in 2016 before joining him in Turin and Manchester.

It is Atletico that could offer Ronaldo's perfect solution.

Diego Simeone is keen to sign the veteran forward and believes he could make a key impact at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Ronaldo's enormous £480,000 a week wages could provide a stumbling block, however, with Atletico needing to shift players before being able to afford him.
