Ex-Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey ‘weighing up Nice transfer but MLS side Charlotte willing to make him top-paid player’

AARON RAMSEY is reportedly set to decide whether to join Ligue 1 side Nice or MLS outfit Charlotte FC after being released by Juventus.

The 31-year-old had his contract ripped up by the Old Lady earlier in the week following his loan spell at Rangers.

Arsenal icon Ramsey, who won the Scottish Cup at Ibrox last season, has been linked with the likes of Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace and Fulham.

A move to Turkey has also been mooted, but according to the , he is set to be plying his trade in either France or America.

They state that the Wales international has offers on the table from Nice and Charlotte FC.

Nice have identified the three-time FA Cup winner as a key target where they can offer the player Europa Conference League football.

But Ramsey could be tempted to follow compatriot Gareth Bale across the pond after the ex-Tottenham forward linked up with LAFC.
