CELTIC star Alexandro Bernabei has been charged with drink-driving after a bust-up on a night out.
The Argentinian, 21, was nicked early yesterday after the Hoops’ 5-0 win at Kilmarnock.
It’s thought the £3.75million left back tried to get into Lola’s nightclub in Glasgow city centre after midnight but was refused entry and was later stopped by cops.
A source claimed of Bernabei, who was with a pal: “Door staff told them they couldn’t get in and that’s when things turned ugly.”
Hours earlier, the ace posted a picture on Instagram posing with a friend outside upmarket city bar The Anchor Line.
A caption in the snap — uploaded at 5.15pm on Sunday — tags ex-Argentinian footballer and agent Sebastian Carrerra, 44.
Written in Spanish, it reads, “Se me va el toro”, which in English is: “The bull is leaving me.”
A police spokesman said: “On Monday, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with a road traffic offence in Glasgow city centre.
“He has been released on an undertaking to appear in court later.”
Bernabei was an unused sub as Ange Postecoglou’s men thrashed Killie in a noon kick-off in Ayrshire.
