MESUT OZIL made it look Ludo-crously easy with the first hat-trick of his career as the Gunners ran riot.
Arsenal’s King of Assists turned from goal-maker to goal-getter as he found three fabulous finishes to send the Bulgarian champions home with their backsides stinging.
Gunners manager Arsene Wenger, who had called on the German maestro to find the net more, said: “It looks like he’s getting a taste for scoring goals because he is going more behind.
“Before, he came to the ball to provide. I want him to be a provider and a scorer.
“It looks like he is slowly moving to find that better balance.”
But Wenger also hailed goalkeeper David Ospina for saving his team when they sat back after Alexis Sanchez’s stunning chipped opener.
Ludogorets pierced the Arsenal defence almost at will, before goals from Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain either side of the break put the home side in control.
Wenger, whose men have now won seven in a row in all competitions, said: “In the first half, it looked a different game because they were dangerous going forward.
“We scored quickly and maybe we eased off a bit too early.
“I would like to give credit to Ospina, who saved us twice with good saves.
“It’s difficult to analyse at the moment but what is for sure is that we are scoring more goals.
“We have a risky game, so it’s important we take our chances.”
Arsenal sit top of Group A but are level on points with Paris Saint-Germain, who they meet in matchday five next month.
Walcott said: “We want to finish top and be in that strong position.”
Wenger, enjoying his 100th European win as Arsenal boss, added: “Game five could decide the group — but first, let’s qualify.”
