Top of the Championship and Dwight Gayle ripping defences to pieces, Newcastle United fans are the ‘happiest in years’
ELEVEN games into the EFL Season and Newcastle United find themselves top of the Championship.
Not bad for a team people claimed would struggle as Rafa had never "managed in that type of league".

Aleksandar Mitrovic, who had scored two goals for Serbia less than a week ago, has not been able to get a run in the team but was among the mass celebration when Dwight Gayle made it 2-0 in front of nearly 6,000 travelling Toon fans on Tuesday night against Barnsley.
Showing he is succeeding at not only winning games but keeping the morale high amongst both the starting players and those not in the 11.
Moving onto Dwight Gayle, many pundits and opposing fans where the first ones to laugh at the £10million we paid for Gayle in the summer and said the fee was outrageous.
Fast forward to October and he is being labelled the signing of the season and the "Aguero of the Championship".
It's hard to argue with that when you look at his form. Eleven goals in as many games for the ex-Palace striker and it seems a large number of the Palace fans were sad to see him leave.
