AARON RAMSEY gives every impression that he's on the mend and on the verge of a return to the Arsenal first team.
The Welsh midfielder was all smiles as he trained with The Gunners in the build-up to Saturday's home date with Middlesbrough.
Ramsey fooled around with photographers and looked to be thoroughly enjoying the training routine.

Boss Arsene Wenger says it's a little optimistic that he'll back this weekend but that he could well be in action for the Sunderland match next week.

Ramsey, 25, has been out since the 4-3 defeat to Liverpool on the opening day of the Premier League season when he picked up a hamstring injury.
Given susbstantial injury problems in the past, Arsenal have not rushed him back and instead given him a full five-week pre-season.
Now Wenger says: "Ramsey is progressing well and I believe fitness wise he is 90 per cent there.
"His potential return could not be against Reading on Tuesday, but Sunderland [on Saturday]."
Ramsey damaged his hamstring in the 4-3 defeat to Liverpool on the opening day of the season.
