MANCHESTER CITY are set to make a shock £20million move for Cesc Fabregas.
SunSport understands Pep Guardiola is keen to sign his fellow Spaniard in January.
Fabregas, 29, turned down AC Milan and Juventus in the summer but has made just one Premier League start under Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
City have not won in four games and Guardiola is concerned by a lack of creativity in midfield.
The Etihad chief is becoming frustrated by the performances of Fernandinho but does not see Fernando or the exiled Yaya Toure as the answer.
Fabregas, though, could offer a solution and is considering his Chelsea future after falling behind N’Golo Kante in the pecking order.
