JOSE MOURINHO and his weary Manchester United players arrived back in Stockport after their 4-0 humiliation at Chelsea.
United went to London off the back of a confidence-boosting 0-0 draw at Anfield and a 4-1 defeat of Fenerbahce in the Europa League.
But the Red Devils well and truly arrived back in the north west with their tails between their legs.

There were no excuses as United were outwitted by Antonio Conte's side, with Pedro scoring the first after just 29 seconds.
Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante rounded off the rout for the Blues - as Mourinho censured his opposition manager Conte for celebrating when Chelsea were winning 4-0.
According to Sky Italia, Mourinho told Conte after the game: "It's my opinion, but you do it at 1-0 - not at 4-0. That's humiliation for us."

Next up for Mourinho and United is the small matter of facing rivals City in the EFL Cup at Old Trafford.
Both sides are expected to rest key players for the clash - which will no doubt sell out Old Trafford.
United then face Burnley in the Premier League before traveling to Turkey to face Fenerbahce in their next Europa League group game on November 3.
