Vice-chairman Karren Brady previously threatened violent fans would be banned for life and West Ham have once again warned there will be a zero-tolerance policy should any supporter cause trouble.

The statement added: “We must restate that, in line with our zero- tolerance policy, any West Ham supporters found to be acting inappropriately will be identified and dealt with accordingly.”

West Ham have even brought in former Boleyn Ground stewards to the new stadium to help calm any issues among home fans.

Home and away supporters will mix freely pre-match but there will be post-match segregation.
