CESC FABREGAS is set to be loaned out by Chelsea as boss Antonio Conte plans to bring in another midfielder.
And the club could even subsidise his wages in a move to allow the Italian to sign another big name player, according to the .

Conte regards the former Arsenal and Barcelona star as an impact substitute.
Fabregas earns £160,000 a week - the third-highest at Chelsea - and the club deem that outlay "unjustifiable" for how little game time he is getting.
He still has two and a half years left on his contract and his wages may put off a number of clubs, although Man City are said to be keen and Fabregas has already held talks with Milan.
But that potential stumbling block is the reason the Blues will be willing to pay part of his salary at another club.
Fabregas came close to joining the Italian side on transfer deadline day last August, according to the Times.

But that deal collapsed because of a disagreement over the proportion of his wages the Stamford Bridge outfit were willing to pay.
Chelsea currently have 38 players on loan throughout Europe but have not subsidised a top star's wages since Fernando Torres moved to Milan more than two years ago.
