Neville has made it his business to dissect the beautiful game, and he believes Chelsea ace Eden Hazard is back in the top three after some stunning performances.
The Belgian has already scored more league goals than he managed in the whole of last season and inspired Chelsea to a convincing 2-0 win over high-flying Southampton at the weekend.
It’s not just Hazard who Neville likes though, with the ex-England international also rating Manchester City duo Sergio Aguero and David Silva as top dogs.

Neville said: “On his day, Hazard is one of the top three in the league along with Aguero and Silva.”
But former teammate Paul Scholes has previously claimed English football lacks real top talent, adding: “There needs to be a real step up in quality in England. Other than Sergio Aguero, Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva, we don’t have the best players.
“You never see a Lionel Messi coming over here, you never see a Neymar in the Premier League.”
