Cristiano Ronaldo accused of deliberately STAMPING on Legia Warsaw defender in shock Champions League draw

Frustrated superstar failed to find the net again as Los Blancos incredibly let two-goal lead slip in Group F clash in Poland

CRISTIANO RONALDO is at the centre of a stamp storm after being accused of deliberately planting his studs into a Legia Warsaw defender.

The Real Madrid superstar was frustrated as he failed to find the net once again in his side’s disappointing 3-3 in the Polish capital.

The La Liga giants raced into a two-goal lead in the behind-closed-doors clash thanks to Gareth Bale’s stunner and a Karim Benzema strike.

But three strikes from the minnows somehow left the defending Champions needing a late Mateo Kovacic curler to come away with a point.

Ronaldo – who has struggled for form this season – put in a noticeably off-colour performance in what was described as the ‘worst night in Madrid’s history’ by Spanish press.

And pictures have emerged of the Ballon d’Or favourite appearing to stamp on prone centre-half Michal Pazdan in the penalty box after spurning a late chance.

According to , the incident occurred in the 90th minute as Zinedine Zidane’s side chased a late winner.

Legia keeper Arkadiusz Malarz is seen appealing to Czech referee Pavel Kralovec but Ronaldo went unpunished.

It comes in the same week that nemesis Lionel Messi was involved in an angry tunnel bust-up with Manchester City coach Mikel Arteta after Barcelona’s 3-1 loss at the Etihad on Tuesday.
