The travelling Saints could see three other players return alongside Rodriguez, who was concussed in the EFL Cup win over Sunderland.

Full backs Matt Targett and Cedric Soares and goalkeeper Alex McCarthy are all in line to make a return at the KCOM.

Long remains out and has not been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad.
