Manchester United willing to pay Bastian Schweinsteiger £10m to take him off their books
German World Cup winner has been turfed out of first team since the arrival of Jose Mourinho
MANCHESTER United are ready to pay Bastian Schweinsteiger around £10m to get him off their books if they can find someone to take him in January.
The German legend has been frozen out by boss Jose Mourinho and seemingly has no future at Old Trafford.
United have all but resigned themselves to the fact they will have to give 32-year-old the staggering payoff – despite the fact he's been allowed to train with the first-team again.

The ex-Bayern Munich star is on £180,000-a-week and is owed around £18m in wages with two years left on his Old Trafford deal.
An Old Trafford insider said: “Bastian is fulfilling his obligations by training each day and is in terrific shape.
“He's looking as good as he has since he arrived at the club.
“United are hoping a club will still come forward to take him off their hands in the upcoming window, but there are no takers as of yet.”
