Jose Mourinho says Bastian Schweinsteiger is an option for Manchester United after Paul Pogba injury

JOSE MOURINHO has hinted Bastian Schweinsteiger could return to the Manchester United first team after Paul Pogba picked up an injury.
The Frenchman left the pitch due to an injury in the first half during United's disappointing 2-1 defeat to Fenerbahce after a tackle from Souza.
Schweinsteiger, who is yet to feature for Manchester United this season under Mourinho, could return to the first team after Pogba's thigh injury.

With Ander Herrera also suspended following his sending off against Burnley, Mourinho could look to the German World Cup winner, who returned to first-team training in midweek.
Speaking about Schweinsteiger before kick off, Mourinho said: "At the moment, we have no problems in midfield like we have in defence but, if we have problems in midfield, it's another option for us."
