KALVIN PHILLIPS and Marc Cucurella are amongst the biggest Premier League transfer flops from the summer.

The pair both joined big six clubs for huge sums, but both have failed to replicate the form they showed last season.

And they are not the only stars to have struggled, with £60million Richarlison also failing to hit the form he showed at Everton for Tottenham.

Like Cucurella, Raheem Sterling has also found it difficult adjusting to life at Chelsea, though the Blues have underperformed in general and sit ninth in the Prem.

Billy Gilmour left Stamford Bridge for Brighton but has failed to stamp his influence on the high-flying Seagulls.

But flops have not been limited to domestic transfers only, and big money has been spent for little reward in some cases.

Manchester United's purchase of Antony is the best example of that, with the Brazilian providing just three goals and zero assists despite arriving for £85m.

United pulled out all the stops to land the winger which includes spending over the odds.

West Ham defender Thilo Kehrer has also been underwhelming in East London - he conceded a penalty on his debut and scored an own goal against rivals Spurs.

Duje Caleta-Car has experienced similar problems since signing for Southampton, having been unable to guide them away from the relegation zone.

Bournemouth keeper Neto is also in danger of finishing in the bottom three - he arrived with a big reputation having played for Barcelona but he has been unable to set the league alight.

Big things were also expected of Caleta-Car's team-mate Joe Aribo after he helped Rangers to the Europa League final last season.

He has not showed his true qualities yet and the Saints need him to start producing if they are to reach safety.
