THIS is the moment a professional footballer eats a chocolate wafer before confidently scoring a penalty.
Adam Fraczczak and the visiting team Pogon Szczecin were 1-0 down against rivals Lechia Gdansk and the goal would have meant his side would be heading down the tunnel all square at half-time.
But instead of caving under the pressure or appearing at all flustered by the task ahead, the midfielder looked calm and composed when referee Bartosz Frankowski awarded the penalty.

The home side’s fans were throwing various objects onto the pitch, in an effort to put the 29-year-old off.
A chocolate wafer sandwich, reportedly from the sweet brand Knoppers, landed right next to the 12-yard spot.
After placing the ball down, Fraczczak picked up the chocolate treat and bit off a big chunk of it before walking towards the edge of the pitch and throwing it away, giving the away fans a big thumbs up.
As they jeered and booed, the referee blew his whistles and he coolly finished the spot-kick, sending the keeper the wrong way and running off with his teammates to celebrate the goal.
