AXEL WITSEL has confirmed he will be joining Juventus – but he doesn’t know when.
The Zenit St Petersburg star is out of contract next summer and has made it clear he intends to leave.
Juventus chased Witsel throughout the summer as they negotiated Paul Pogba’s world-record move to Manchester United.

And although Max Allegri landed Miralem Pjanic from rivals Roma, he failed to capture Witsel after Zenit pulled the plug at the last minute.
However, it seems all parties have come to an agreement regarding the Belgian’s future after he revealed a Turin switch is done and dusted.
Witsel concedes he’s unsure if he’s moving in January or at the end of the season, but the 27-year-old doesn’t seem to mind either way.

He told RTBF via : “It’s always nice to hear that a club like Juventus are not giving up on me.
“Right now I’m not asking whether it’ll be in January or June, I’m just playing my matches and we’ll see what happens for me.
“But I’ll join Juventus? That will be the case. Right now I don’t know when.”
