19-year-old striker will link up with the Etihad side in January 2017 after penning a £27million deal in the summer
GABRIEL JESUS has made the right choice in joining Manchester City, according to Brazil boss Tite.
The wonderkid, 19, put pen to paper on a £27million deal in the summer - but will link up with City in January.
And Tite is adamant his talented youngster has made the correct decision, as Etihad chief Pep Guardiola is the perfect fit for him.

Tite said: "I believe he made the right choice because of the coach.
"Normally you pick the club with the coach and, yes, he got it right."
The Brazilian boss, in charge of the South American side since Dunga's sacking earlier this year, gave Man City fans a glimpse as to what they are in for, with pace a key attribute for Jesus.
Tite added: "He's one hell of a kid. What does this guy have? His turn of pace, his ten-metre sprints; they're very strong.
"The only thing I put to him: don't let up on the marking, don't commit fouls, and don't be shy of getting the ball and going at your man, because of the force he has.
"He's a horse. He's a very strong animal.
"[When Manchester City signed him] Gabriel didn't consult me because we were just getting to know each other."
Since bursting on to the scene last year with Palmeiras, Jesus has already racked up four senior starts for Brazil, netting three times.
So far in 2016, the teenager has netted 11 times in 18 league games, as well as 20 strikes in 35 games in all competitions.
On the international scene, Jesus scored in World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela to go with five strikes in 11 games for the Under-23s.
