Morrison, 23, is being binned by Lazio after making just eight appearances for the Italians since joining them on a free 16 months ago.
He was axed by former coach Stefano Pioli for showing a lack of effort and new boss Simone Inzaghi has refused to play him at all.
Lazio have given Morrison, under contract until June 2019, permission to find a new club and will offload him for just £600,000.
Inzaghi said: “Ravel Morrison is on the market, seeking a new destination.”
