NEYMAR should be jailed for five years and Barcelona hit with a £160million fine, a court has heard.
DIS have requested the extreme punishment for the Brazilian, as the bitter legal battle over his controversial transfer from Santos intensifies.
The Brazilian side's strategic partner believes the superstar is guilty of fraud after the high-profile 2013 move.

On top of that, they want current president, Josep Barthomeu, and successor, Sandro Rossell, to go to prison for eight years.
And Neymar's parents to also face five years imprisonment.
DIS claim they were contractually obliged to receive a large cut of the 24-year-old's transfer fee — and there has been much dispute over exactly how much Barcelona parted with.
The courts had initially dropped the charges against Neymar and his father after the Catalan club agreed to pay a £4.7m settlement fee with the Spanish authorities, in relation to tax irregularities.
It is believed the star's total transfer fee was £71.5m — with the players parents receiving around £35m of that sum.
The facts were made public a day after Rosell resigned from his post as president in January 2014.
DIS believe they are entitled to more money than they received.
