Samuel Eto’o to Marseille: Cameroonian jokes his wife will decide whether he joins French club after he opens door to Ligue 1 switch
Barcelona and Chelsea legend refused to rule out move to French strugglers when quizzed over future

BARCELONA and Chelsea legend Samuel Eto'o is open to joining French strugglers Marseille.
The Cameroonian, 35, currently plays for Turkish side Antalyaspor.
But when asked whether he would consider joining Marseille, he said: "Why not? I do not say no to OM."

Eto'o has played for 11 different clubs during his stellar career, including a year at Chelsea and then Everton.
The journeyman said he would have to discuss with his wife before making any decisions on his future.
When asked by , he added: "I should ask my wife. She's the boss!"
Eto'o has endured a turbulent time of late, with Spanish authorities calling for the ex-Barca striker to serve a ten-and-a-half year prison sentence for tax fraud.
Reports claim he owes almost £3million in tax from 2006 to 2009, while he was at the Nou Camp.
But Eto'o and wife Georgette have not let the pressure get to them.

The pair were snapped laughing and smiling together on a day out in Milan - where he used to play striker for Inter - less than ten days ago.
Eto'o began his career at La Liga giants Real Madrid in 1997 but made his name at Mallorca before securing a move to Barca in 2004.
In five years the Cameroonian scored 109 goals in 143 appearances before joining Inter in a £17million move.
He then went on to enjoy spells at Anzhi, Chelsea, Everton, Sampdoria and now Antalyaspor.
Eto'o was interim player-manager from December 2015 until January 2016.
But his time at the Russian club has been marred by a racism row, in which he claimed the club were not respecting him due to his skin colour.
Antalyaspor banned him from playing in their 0-0 draw with Akhisar Belediye in September but reinstated him for the 3-1 defeat at Galatasaray nine days later.
