Arsenal had a bid of around £3million for the England Under-17 star turned down last January.

Now City, Liverpool and Manchester United are preparing to go into battle for the teenage sensation.

His two Championship goals for Fulham this season make him the youngest scorer in the division.

The Cottagers are keen to tie down the youngster to a contract but bids are expected to flood in next month.

And according to the Mirror, City are trying to rush through a deal, regarding Sessegnon as a future first team prospect with defenders Bacary Sagna, Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy and Aleksandar Kolarov all in their 30s.
