Arsenal ace Santi Cazorla gives thumbs up after having surgery on ankle injury ruling him out for three months
Spaniard needed an operation after picking up the knock in the club's 6-0 win over Ludogorets in the Champions League

SANTI CAZORLA is all smiles after having surgery on chronic ankle problem which will rule him out of action with Arsenal for three months.
The Spaniard travelled to Sweden to undergo an operation on the plantaris tendon in his right ankle.
The midfielder picked up the injury on the mark during in the Champions League on October 19.

Cazorla tried to get over the injury without having an operation but his efforts with Arsenal's medical team were not enough as surgery was required to enable a full recovery.
Cazorla joins Danny Welbeck, Per Mertesacker, Hector Bellerin, Mathieu Debuchy and Olivier Giroud on the treatment table at Arsenal.
And Arsene Wenger will hope these six injuries to his first-team players will not have a devastating effect on their strong form this season.
Arsenal managed to top Group A in the Champions League after their 4-1 win over Basel - with Paris Saint-Germain fluffing their lines at home to Ludogorets.
