ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC compared himself to the Statue of Liberty as he posed next to the incredible artwork honouring him.
Not that that has humbled him at all.
The former Sweden star wrote alongside the photo: "When you come to New York you have the Statue of Liberty, when you come to Sweden you have the statue of Zlatan #comingsoon."
The Swedish FA are building the statue to be erected outside the Friends Arena in the Swedish capital.
It came after Ibrahimovic was crowned the country's best player for an 11th time.

He said of the honour: "It's incredible. Normally you get a statue when you pass away, but I am alive.
"I'm super happy. I'm honoured. Sweden is my country and whatever I do, I represent Sweden. I will always go back there."
The statue is being created by Peter Linde and is 2.7-metres in height.
Ibrahimovic notched his 13th goal of the season against Zorya in the Europa League last Thursday.
He did not find the net against Spurs on Sunday but was part of the United side that recorded a 1-0 win over Mauricio Pochettino's side.
