Chelsea need five more wins in a row to break Arsenal’s incredible Premier League record

Blues' next five fixtures include away trips to Sunderland, Palace and Tottenham and home games against Stoke and Bournemouth

CHELSEA still need five more wins in a row to beat Arsenal's incredible 13-game winning streak.

Antonio Conte's side are on a hot streak of nine straight league wins which has catapulted them to the top of the Premier League.

Following a draw with Southampton, the Gunners won all of their remaining fixtures as they romped home to the Premier League title.

Chelsea will need to pick up three points at Sunderland and Crystal Palace before taking on both Bournemouth and Stoke at Stamford Bridge.

The decider to break the record could be a humdinger of a clash in the London derby at Tottenham on 4 January.

Manchester United won 11 straight games in both the 1999/2000 season and 2008/09 whilst Liverpool also matched that feat under Brendan Rodgers in 2013/14.

The most Chelsea have achieved is 10, coming in the title-winning campaign of 2005/06.
