AIDEN McGEADY sent the rest of footballers flying through the ropes - slamming it by dressing up as Bret Hart at Preston's Christmas party.
With footballers up and down the land getting in the festive spirit, plenty of weird photos have emerged on social media in recent weeks.
And none more bizarre than Ireland international McGeady dressing up as former wrestler 'The Hit Man' for his club's bash.
Team-mate John Welsh, who posted the pics on his Twitter account, then attempted to goad MMA star Conor McGregor into a reply.
One team-mate even went dressed as 'The Notorious'!
McGeady was paying tribute the 32-time wrestling champ winner in spectacular fashion.
Hart, now 59, was famed for his 'sharpshooter' move and was known as the 'excellence of execution'.
The irony of McGeady dressing up as a man of such monikers wills trike Everton fans as ironic.
