SOUFIANE FEGHOULI'S red card has been overturned after he was sent off against Manchester United.
The Algerian was sent off following a slide tackle with Phil Jones, which ref Mike Dean adjudged was a dismissable offence for serious foul play.
But West Ham have successfully appealed to the FA's three-person regulatory commission.

Hammers vice chair and SunSport columnist Karren Brady tweeted: "I have just received a call to confirm Soufiane will not be required to serve a 3 match suspension and is eligible to play Friday."
Feghouli's lunge was an ugly one on the English defender, but both players had gone in hard on the ball.
United went on to win the Premier League clash with the Hammers 2-0, but the red card after just 15 minutes almost certainly swung the pendulum in their favour.
Feghouli was sent off by blundering ref Mike Dean in the 15th minute of West Ham's Premier League match against Manchester United on Monday.
He clashed with Man Utd defender Phil Jones chasing a loose ball and was given a straight red card by Dean.
It left The Hammers down to ten men for 75 minutes and was a big factor in them eventually going down 2-0 and suffering a second successive defeat.
Goals from Juan Mata and a controversial offside goal from Zlatan Ibrahimovic gave the Red Devils all three points on their first trip to the London Stadium.
An FA statement said: "Soufiane Feghouli has had his claim of wrongful dismissal upheld today following an independent regulatory commission hearing.
"The West Ham United player was sent off for serious foul play during the game against Manchester United.
"The standard three-match suspension has, therefore, been withdrawn with immediate effect."
