GERARD PIQUE exploded into a sensational rant at La Liga boss Javier Tebas following Barcelona's 1-1 draw with Villarreal on Sunday night.

The Spanish defender, 29, reacted after a blatant handball from Villarreal's Bruno was left unpunished, as Barca relied on some Lionel Messi heroics to salvage a point.

While pointing aggressively, the ex-Manchester United man can be heard yelling: "Did you see that? Yes you!"

Pique was referring to something he claimed just a matter of days earlier, following Barcelona's 2-1 loss in the Copa del Rey to Athletic Bilbao, where He was left incredulous over the decision to not award his side a penalty.

The Spaniard said: "The penalty to Neymar was very clear and the one with Gorka [Iraizoz] on me, too, but we already know how this works.

"We already saw what happened yesterday with Sevilla against Madrid, from kick-off to the last minutes.

"We want to play football and not roulette, which is what these referees cause."

Pique has clearly been left angered by referees' decision to be tough on them, while apparently making things easy on main rivals Real Madrid.

But that frustration boiled over on Sunday as Barca slipped five points behind Real - who have a game in hand - and down to third behind Sevilla in the La Liga standings.

After the game, Pique refused to relent, adding: "The person to whom I said those words and made that gesture knows it was for them.

"I still believe in what I say and every week makes me more in the right.

"You could clearly see it, I think it's very clear what happened on the pitch.

"You have to be careful because they analyse everything. But let them analyse it [my comments] and waste time on that. That's their right."
