ROSS BARKLEY’s future remains unclear as Ronald Koeman’s transfer spree at Everton shows no sign of slowing down.
The Toffees midfielder, who was dropped by his Dutch boss earlier in the campaign, faces some stiff competition for a spot in the side at Goodison Park as Tottenham continue to monitor his situation.
Koeman is targeting a £10.5million move for Standard Liege attacker Ishak Belfodil after almost rubber-stamping the £22m deal for Manchester United ace Morgan Schneiderlin.
Those come on the back of last week’s capture of highly-rated Ademola Lookman from Charlton.
Koeman is desperate to revamp his attacking options and that could see hometown favourite Barkley heading for the exit door.
