DIMITRI PAYET was the big talking point before West Ham's 3-0 win over Crystal Palace but it was Andy Carroll who grabbed the headlines.

The striker scored a contender for goal of the season when he produced a stunning bicycle kick to hand Slaven Bilic's side a much-needed three points over the Eagles.

The build-up to the clash was dominated by the news that Payet and his manager had a furious bust-up as the Frenchman may not play for the Hammers ever again.
