ANDY CARROLL may have his fiancee to thank for his goal of the season contender.
The West Ham striker scored a sensational bicycle kick to give the Hammers a 2-0 lead over Sam Allardyce's Crystal Palace on Saturday.
And it has been revealed that the England striker could have managed his incredible acrobatics because his fiancee has been teaching him yoga.

Billi Mucklow, who runs her own yoga therapy, has been encouraging her partner to take up the exercise after enduring a dismal spell on the sidelines with injury.
After returning from his latest setback, Carroll revealed the help of his wife inspired his goalscoring return.
He told : "It's helped me a lot, especially when I've been injured.

"I've been doing a lot of work up here (Billi's yoga studio), it's been great."
Carroll has been having regular classes at his fiancee's yoga studio in Loughton which include ninety minute classes in a room heated to 40 degrees.
And she was quick to point out her help after uploading an Instagram post of Carroll mid-air with the caption: "Looks like the Yoga's working, very proud."
The 28-year-old also couldn't resist taking a dig at wantaway team-mate Dimitri Payet after his goal.
Carroll had a message for Payet, who has demanded to leave the Hammers, telling the Frenchman: “I don’t think any player is bigger than the club. That’s what all the lads, staff and fans think. I think 100 per cent we have answered a few critics."
