Montpellier's £8.5m-rated attacking midfielder has been left out of Algeria's squad for the African Cup of Nations this month
DAVID MOYES is eyeing £8.5million-rated Montpellier star Ryad Boudebouz.
The Sunderland boss is desperate to bolster his squad in their struggle against relegation and attacking midfielder Boudebouz is one of his targets.
Boudebouz has hit seven goals in his 16 appearances for Montpellier this season and was their top performer until a knee injury in early December.

That setback will keep the Algeria star out of his country's African Cup of Nations campaign later in January.
But Boudebouz is still expected to make his club comeback before the end of the month.
