Court-ed by Real Madrid

Antonio Conte would sanction the sale of Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid — if it meant landing his ultimate transfer target, Alvaro Morata.

One of the Chelsea boss’ final acts at Juventus was to bring the Spaniard to Turin in 2014, before taking over as manager of Italy.

Conte sees Morata as his ideal striker in terms of his style, technical ability and personality.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, have made Courtois their top priority this season.

Clarets to bag Snoddy

Hull have accepted a £10million bid from Burnley for winger Robert Snodgrass.

The former Norwich and Leeds winger has been subject of bids from West Ham and Middlesbrough but it appears the Clarets have finally met the Tigers’ asking price.

According to Sky Sports, the Tigers accepted an eight-figure bid for Snodgrass, who will now be free to open discussions with Sean Dyche‘s side even though there could now be counter-bids from Boro and the Hammers.

The England winger joined Palace last summer following the Magpies relegation to the Championship – but now the Eagles want to sell him back.

The 25-year-old winger is keen on a return to the North East to help the Toon’s immediate return to the top flight, but they only want to take him on loan.
