He was an unused substitute in the draw with Tottenham last week and Guardiola has no concerns about using him.
He said: "He is fit, he is ready. I don’t know if he'll start. We will see tomorrow but he is fit, he is ready.
"Last game was on the bench. That means he is fit. When they are on the bench it is because they can start "
Guardiola is also tempted to give a start to new boy Gabriel Jesus, who dazzled in his brief cameo against Spurs.
He added: "He is fit, he is not injured. He is already three weeks with us so we are going to see tomorrow."
The City boss confirmed he will give under-fire keeper Bravo a rest and revert to Willy Caballero - as they have tended to do in domestic cup matches.
