Sutton United 1 Leeds United 0: Jamie Collins’ penalty causes major FA Cup shock against youthful Whites side
Garry Monk made ten changes as his young side were swept aside by their non-league opponents
NON LEAGUE Sutton made FA Cup history after their terrific victory over Leeds United thanks to Jamie Collins' penalty.
The National League side showed no fear and Roarie Deacon smashed the ball into the top corner inside the opening ten minutes but it was disallowed after a tight offside decision.
Leeds' second-choice keeper Marco Silvestri ensured his side went in at half-time level after making a string of vital saves as the hosts were by far the more dangerous side.

Garry Monk's team failed to improve after the restart and they were punished after a mix up in the Whites' defence.
Confusion between Lewie Coyle and Silvestri saw the pair collide before Coyle tripped Deacon and captain Collins converted from the spot in the 53rd minute.
Leeds introduced Hadi Sacko, Ronaldo Veira and Kemar Roofe in an attempt to turn things around on the 4G pitch at Gander Green Lane.
But as Paul Doswell's side wasted time in the latter stages of the game, Leeds were unable to equalise to force a replay at Elland Road.
Things then went from bad to worse for Leeds as captain Liam Cooper picked up his second yellow card for a last ditch foul on Craig Eastmond.
Sutton made history as it is the first time in the modern era of the FA Cup there have been two non-league sides in the last 16 stage of the competition.
