Henrikh Mkhitaryan believes world record signing Paul Pogba will begin to show his true potential at Manchester United

HENRIKH MKHITARYAN is convinced Paul Pogba will soon be living up to his world-record price tag.
Manchester United paid Juventus a jaw-dropping £89million for the France star last summer.
Pogba’s performances so far have been up and down - a bit like United themselves.

But Mkhitaryan, who also made a slow start to his Old Trafford career, said: “Maybe people are waiting for something extraordinary from him, some miracles.
“But everyone has to know he’s a football player, a human being, so he just has to play the way he can play and he will do better.

“He needs a little bit more time to adapt because it’s not very easy to be worth £89million.
“He is still 23 years old and maybe he is thinking he needs to do more than he’s doing but I know with the manager he is going to find the solution to solve it.”
The French international has chipped in with seven goals in all competitions this season, and can look forward to an EFL Cup final at Wembley against Southampton.
Since making his international debut with France in 2013, he has gone on to make 44 caps, and has found the back of the net on eight occasions.
In four seasons with the Italian giants, he won four consecutive Serie A title's, as well as picking up two Coppa Italia winners medal's.
