ANTONIO CONTE will be given a new contract with a massive pay rise if he delivers Chelsea the Premier League title this season.
The Blues' owner Roman Abramovich set the Italian the target of just finishing in the top four, but the 47-year-old has exceeded expectations in his debut campaign in England.
After taking the reigns at Stamford Bridge in the summer, he was handed a three-year deal worth £6.5million a year - the fifth highest in the league.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho and Citizens boss Pep Guardiola are thought to earn around £15million a year, while Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klopp are believed to be taking home a sum in the region between £7m - £8m.
However there are reports in Italy that Inter Milan are prepared to offer Conte twice as much after they were bought by wealthy Chinese owners.
