Yaya Toure insists he could play for Manchester City for another FIVE years… even though no new deal is on the cards
Edihad midfielder, 33, is relishing older statesman role at the club as he gives advice to starlets Gabriel Jesus and Leroy Sane
YAYA TOURE insists he still has plenty to offer Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, and can even go on playing for another FIVE years.
Guardiola has welcomed Toure back into the first team fold following a war of words with the players agent Dimitri Seluk.
And since the beef has been squashed, the 33-year-old is back playing and has become an important part of the team following the long term injury to Ilkay Gundogan.

Toure is keen to extend his stay at Manchester City and take on the elder statesman role to help bring through an exciting group of young talent at the Etihad.
His £220,000 per week contract expires in the summer, and Toure hopes Guardiola will keep him around and tap into his valuable experience.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Toure said: "I can go on for another five years, you don't believe me? OK, let's make a bet.'
The new guys have a big potential, Sane has been unbelievable, Raheem has always been very good, and we are seeing what Jesus can do."
But sometimes, when you are young, you start to think that football is easy, they have got to keep working hard, pushing all the time to improve, because the moment you think you have arrived can also be the moment when you start to slip. Toure added.
"That's why the experienced players are important. Me, Vincent (Kompany), David (Silva), Zaba (Pablo Zabaleta), we are pushing them all the time to get better.
This club is all about winning trophies, when new players come in, they have fantastic skill, but they also have to learn the winning mentality."
City face Bournemouth on Monday evening knowing a win could take them up to second place after Spurs lost at Liverpool on Saturday.
