A video posted online last night appeared to show police charging at Leicester fans after they refused to move off a street.

The story emerges as another clip showed joyous Leicester fans serenading an old woman as she danced ahead of the game.

AS claim that one of the fans involved was arrested inside the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan stadium.

The other three were arrested outside the ground "after assaulting police who were acting as match security".

The website says the detainees remain under police control pending their release, which could happen today.

It is claimed that the security detail established for the game included 372 members of the National Police Corps, divided into four separate units.

Local police officers were also used to maintain calm and to regulate traffic and access to the ground, according to the report.

One Sevilla fan told the how he witnessed clashes between the Foxes' faithful and police.

Angel Aramburu said: "I went to my balcony and saw a lot of Leicester supporters in the middle of the street disturbing traffic.

"A lot of police arrived and stayed in their vans waiting for the supporters to leave the street but they didn't.

"The police groups started to walk slowly to dissolve them and that's when supporters started to run and crash bottles."

Jamie Vardy's goal kept alive the Foxes' European dream after strikes from Pablo Sarabia and Joaquin Correa put the hosts two ahead.
