Everton star Yannick Bolasie set to be sidelined until 2018 as he prepares for second knee operation
Ronald Koeman refused to put a time frame on his return but could admitted it could be eight months until he is back
EVERTON boss Ronald Koeman has conceded that Yannick Bolasie could be sidelined until the start of 2018.
The £25million winger suffered a cruciate ligament injury in December and underwent surgery on his knee.
But the ex-Crystal Palace man now has to have a second bout of surgery at the beginning of March.

It means Bolasie is set to spend around eight months out of action including going through extensive rehabilitation.
Koeman has refused to put a time frame on the return from his injury but admitted it he won't be back in action anytime soon.
"It is difficult to put a time scale because normally a cruciate can be six, seven, eight months."
Koeman did add that Bolasie was in high spirits and it positive about his recovery.
"He was several times in during the week, he was ok, really positive, working hard to come back but like every player in that situation you get difficult moments in a day, difficult moments in the week.
"He is positive about coming back as strong as possible.";
